Terms & Conditions
These terms govern access to the Passport Manager client portal and the processing of the passport and travel-document files an account uploads to it. By signing in you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted them.
1. Scope of the service
The Client Portal is a private workspace for preparing, storing and following up on passport and travel-document files. Access is granted only to accounts created by the service operator, and may be suspended when these terms are breached.
2. Account and credentials
- Credentials are personal and must not be shared, published or transferred.
- You are responsible for all activity performed with your account.
- Sessions expire after 24 hours; sign in again after expiry.
- Report any suspected compromise immediately so credentials can be reset.
3. Your clients and data ownership
- Each account only accesses the client files it created. Files belonging to other accounts are not visible.
- You confirm that you hold a lawful basis to upload a person's identity document, and that the person is informed of the processing.
- You remain the controller of the data you enter; the operator acts as processor for storage, extraction and delivery.
4. Data processed
Passport image, surname and given names, document number, date of birth, issue and expiry dates, photograph, destination, and the technical metadata required to operate the service (timestamps and session records).
5. Acceptable use
- No forged, altered or third-party-obtained documents may be uploaded.
- No attempt to access other accounts, probe the infrastructure, or extract data in bulk outside the export features provided.
- No automated scraping, resale of access, or use of the service to build a competing database.
6. Confidentiality
Client files are confidential. You undertake to keep them secure, to access them only for the purpose of the application being prepared, and not to disclose them to any unauthorised party.
7. AI-assisted extraction
Extracted fields are produced automatically and may contain errors. You must verify every field against the source document before the file is used or transmitted. The portal is an aid, not a substitute for human verification.
8. Availability and retention
The service is provided on a best-effort basis and may be interrupted for maintenance. Files are retained while the account is active; deleted files are removed from active storage and may persist in backups for a limited period.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect loss, missed travel dates, or refusal of an application resulting from inaccurate data entered or validated by the account holder.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Disputes fall under the competent courts of Nador, Morocco.
11. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated. A new version requires acceptance again at the next sign-in, and the accepted version is recorded with a timestamp.
12. Privacy notice
Identity data is stored to prepare and deliver passport and travel-document services. Access is restricted to the owning account and the operator's authorised staff. You may request access, rectification or deletion of a file through your account manager. Data is hosted on infrastructure controlled by the operator.
